Cancellation and Refund

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Returns are accepted only for the defective products:

  • Please notify us with the defect details including a supporting picture on the day of the delivery. Any complains after 24 hours of you receiving the package will not be entertained.

  • Returned items should be ‘unused’, ‘unwashed’ and returned in the original packaging. We will NOT accept any used or worn items.

  • Any Tags attached to the Clothing should remain intact in place and untampered.

  • Returned product should reach us within 10 days of the delivery.

If you receive a defective product, contact us immediately within 24 hours by emailing us at poshakh.usa@gmail.com with your Order ID and a picture of the defect. We will fully refund the amount after our team checks and verifies the defect.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalized orders that have been stitched/woven for specified sizes.

  • Sarees for which blouse has been stitched as per the customer's measurements.

  • Discounted Items/Items bought during Sale.
    These include products shopped during a site-wide sale, and/or other discounts. This does not apply to products which have been shopped using an Affiliates' discount coupon or Initial Sign-up discount.
